If you use BD FACS Diva you can export the file needed. Show Diva InstructionsAny instrument that doesn't use the absolute default configuration needs a custom configuration built for use in the Fluorish Panel Wizard.
If you are unsure of your instrument's configuration, please check with your local cytometer technician or core facility.
